Sharing Your Story Without Carrying the Outcome
March: Week 2 - Courage to Plant Seeds of Faith
Last week, we sat with the courage it takes to plant seeds of faith when we can’t see what will come from them. We talked about obedience that doesn’t come with guarantees, and the quiet trust required to act without reassurance. Many of us noticed how tightly we hold outcomes — how quickly we want confirmation that our faithfulness mattered, that it changed something, that it was “worth it.”
This week builds on that foundation, but in a more personal space.
Because one of the most vulnerable ways we plant seeds of faith is through our own stories — the moments we choose to speak honestly about what God has done, what we believe, or what we’re still learning. Sharing your story doesn’t always look like a formal testimony. Often, it’s woven into everyday conversations, simple responses, or quiet moments when someone asks a question you could easily deflect.
And yet, these moments can feel heavy.
Not because we don’t want to be faithful — but because we feel responsible for how our words are received.
This week invites us to notice that weight, and to begin releasing it.
